EMDR

EMDR focuses on how past experiences are being activated by current stressors or future worries. It is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the brain's ability to learn and integrate present information into the memories of past experiences.

Through several phases of treatment and bilateral stimulation (eye movements, alternative tapping or sound), EMDR helps us keep what is necessary for adaptive learning and let go of what is not.

EMDR can be used to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, addiction, chronic pain, eating disorders, and more.
