EMDR

EMDR is a treatment approach that assists people in managing worry about the future as well as healing from current distressing symptoms and traumatic life experiences. It’s a form of psychotherapy that’s designed to work more quickly and efficiently than traditional talk therapy--healing the mind as the body might heal a wound. It accelerates intellectual and emotional processing.

INDVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual Counseling prioritizes the value of the therapeutic relationship with a trained therapist. Research supports that this relationship is one of the best predictors for successful outcomes.

Our therapists will work diligently to build a foundation of mutual respect, shared goal setting, and compassion. Through the relationship and evidence based interventions, your therapist will help you work through fears and worries and learn new coping skills to increase hope for the future.

TELETHERAPY

Convenience. From the comfort of your own home, from your office during your lunch hour, from anywhere in the state of Michigan, you can benefit from therapy easily.
